- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HausClean uses flat, transparent pricing that is based on the size of the home, level of service, and condition - not hourly rates. This ensures you always know the total cost upfront before we start. We don’t believe in surprise fees, fuel charges, or hidden add-ons. We also reward clients who book recurring cleanings with preferred pricing and priority scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short, guided consultation to understand your home, expectations, and goals. From there, we recommend the right service tier and provide an accurate price before booking. Our cleaners follow a detailed checklist, so every clean is consistent, repeatable, and quality-controlled. After your first visit, we check in to make sure everything exceeded expectations and make any adjustments you want moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are professionally onboarded using HausClean’s proprietary standard operating procedures. We also continuously coach and evaluate for performance, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
