FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have one of our photographers taking classes to get a degree in photography and all of our photographers spend a minimum of 2 hours a week learning new techniques in lighting, camera set up, composition, and video and photo editing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Personally I was the yearbook photo editor in high school, I was always known to have a camera with me and my father did photography part time while I was growing up. Once I became a coach (9th season coaching this year!) I always wanted to capture images for our kids and parents to have, and then I met someone with a similar passion and the rest is history.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Unfortunately we had a Friday wedding, one of our photographers was working their full time job, and my second shooter called me two hours late after being released from the hospital :( For the rest of the day I had to do both photography and videography for the couple, and after viewing their photos and their videos they were extremely impressed I was able to pull it off. I take pride in my work, and will always work as hard as possible to leave a customer happy, even if the worst should happen.
