- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When beginning with a new client we first conduct a client interview to understand how we can best meet the needs of the client. We then agree on a service fee which is followed by signing confidentiality and service agreements. Thereafter, 99% of business is handled online using secure cloud-sharing, email, and phone calls. Once a new client is established, our process is mostly automated with very little client involvement required.
