- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go by type of pest. Size of house, and how long the service might take. I won't charge you $200 for a 30 minute job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to what they have to say. I ask a lot of questions. Even if I already know the answer. I want them to feel at ease and want them to realize that the problem will taken care of. Then I let them know exactly what I'm about to do for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the pest control field since 2000. I am the Owner of Perry's Pest Pro's. Bonded ,Licensed , and Insured in the State of Tennessee
