Chris was a professional through and through. Talking to him about options for food was simple and he has plenty of delicious options to choose from! He was great in setting up at the venue. And of course, his food was delicious! All the guests raved about his food! It was all just a fantastic experience, I couldn't have asked for better!

AMAZING!!!!!!! Delicious food! He even accommodated gluten free restrictions, WITHOUT altering the menu, and it was SO GOOD. Everyone was super impressed with everything. Highly recommend!!!!

The food was to die for!! Chris came up with a fantastic southern menu for us. Pulled Beef, Fried Chicken, Mashed potatoes, Green beans, and mac n cheese with fruit pies. I never did get to try the pies since I was so busy at the wedding but I heard they were delicious. In fact, everyone had wonderful things to say about the food!! Chris and his wife let my parents come taste the food before we signed the contract (I couldn't go since I live out of state). We thoroughly enjoyed the food and Chris took care of EVERYTHING. He had his own tables, tablecloths, plates, cups, serving stuff. He is a one stop shop for catering.

Chris catered my wedding last weekend for over 200 people & the food was delish!! We had bbq nachos- the queso was to die for- chicken tenders, Mac n cheese (my favorite) beans, cole slaw- he made everything specifically how we asked for it & we couldn't have been more pleased. His staff was quick & accomodating to our guests. We highly recommend!
