if you have a small job, beware. We contracted him to do the work but couldn't pin down an exact day/time which concerned me. After several contacts, we finally set a date for the job and 2 days prior he cancels due to a "bigger job". Due to the job needing to be done by a certain date, I was left to scramble and find someone else (while at work and over a holiday weekend no less...thanks!). Defnitely made a stressful time in our lives MUCH more stressful.
