I received my Master's degree in May 2013, and my family graciously decided to throw a party to celebrate. My mother had worked with Mary before, and I had attended events styled by her. So, we both knew that she would do a beautiful job. When we met with her, she was very accommodating and informative. She let us know what would work best in the chosen space and the best way to execute our chosen color scheme. When I saw the finished product, I was completely blown away. She remembered to incorporate my favorite flower into the centerpieces on top the numerous other beautiful details. No matter where you looked, there was something amazing to be seen. My experience with Maryblossom has been pheonominal! She always exceeds expectations with custom outfits, linen and decorating rentals. Maryblossom is my absolute first choice with any decor for my personal and our organizational needs. This past December, I rented custom table linens from Maryblossom for a relative's destination wedding in the Bahamas. After seeing the linens, the hotel's catering manager admitted that he could not wait to connect with me on where I had obtained such fine linens, and said "I have never seen anything this remarkable!" - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend wedding MBA every fall were the business side of the wedding business is thought so we can give our clients the best value for what they buy. We also have an annual ABC convention and listen to a lot of webnairs and read books to update our knowledge and to stay up on the latest developments in the wedding and event industry. We also attend a lot of networking events and try to learn other aspects of the event industry ,because we love what we do and have a passion for what we do.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Maryblossom Weddings advice to customers looking to hire a wedding or event professional are; (1) What are your qualifications or certifications.It is not just enough to have a passion for what you do, you also have to know what the rules and regulations are and be educated on safety requirements etc. (2) How much education do you get annually and what associations does the provider belong to in his or her field. Elegant Occasions is a member of Association of Bridal Consultants which is the oldest association of certified wedding planners or consultant in the whole world with over 2000 members all over the world and an annual convention were members are educated on current laws and changes to common practices so that our actions do not affect the world adversely. There is also 20 hour annual educationally requirement for all members to maintain your membership. (3) Read reviews of past clients of the provider from reputable sources like wedding wire, were the provider does not have the ability to tamper with review but can just respond to negative reviews.
