This team is awesome. Initially we were going to replace fan motor on our unit. After carefully examining our very old unit that was in terrible shape, the team proposed buying a used unit rather than paying for the fan motor and maintenance needed. They were able to locate a reasonably price used unit and complete the install. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs

These guys were truly amazing! I had another company install a mini split & it was giving me trouble. I reached out to Miguel & he sent someone the next day to help me figure out the problem! Once my new unit came in I had a tech out within a couple of days to install it. They fixed all of the work from the previous installer and made everything look so much better! They were extremely professional. They worked hard & made sure that I was satisfied with everything before they left! I would definitely use them again! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had spent month's trying to resolve a cooling issue in a rental property, getting recommendations from multiple HVAC companies. Some were slow to respond, some didn't respond at all, some were unwilling or unable to crawl crawlspaces. I got proposals ranging from replacing entire HVAC systems, to tearing up walls to re-do all of the ductwork, to installing mini-split systems, to acid washing the A-Coil and outside condensers. With quotes ranging from $2k - $20k, none of them seemed to make sense based all of the evidence. WM Services came to me with a logical solution, very fair price, and Miguel went above and beyond to explain the situation and coordinate directly with my tenant who could only speak Spanish. I highly recommend WM Services and will definitely work with them in the future!
