- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ServSafe Certified as well as have my TN Alcohol/Beverage License. I Recently participated in a baking class to extend our selections and my knowledge!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It seems it was decided for me...I worked my way up to management from an hourly level. And once it's in your blood, your hooked. I have made conscious decisions throughout my career to stay in the food industry...but it's more than food...it's hospitality. It's taking care of people.
