I could not have imagined our special day without the help of Ashley as our Day of Coordinator. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator at all (since I was so concerned with our budget), but I don't know what I would have done without her. My hope was to have someone to be the point person for the entire wedding day, and she did the job beautifully! You can tell she has a real passion for this business, and with her getting married a year ago, she really knows what a bride needs and expects from a planner and coordinator. She remained very organized and on top of everything. She kept in constant communication with myself and the vendors, making sure no detail was left out. The day of the wedding, she kept the staff, vendors, and wedding party on the timeline we had set out. It was very organized but did not have to be to the minute which is what I wanted for our guests and wedding party. It was able to flow perfectly without being rushed from one event to the next. If there was ever a hiccup, she handled it with ease and discretion, because my husband and I just had an absolute blast without any stress or worry. She worked so hard from assisting with all of the set up and tear down, cuing the transitions from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and then to departure. Ashley followed our vision to the T with how the venue and decorations were arranged, and assisted us when we needed suggestions or opinions. I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a hard working, organized, and responsible Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator.
