After training with Don for four months, I reached my initial goal of becoming stronger, and lost inches; a total of 6.5 inches overall and felt healthier and more confident about my body. And, I am wearing my favorite pair of jeans! It is difficult at times but through personal training, I have learned that the end result is well worth the effort. Its a positive lifestyle change. Rob Murden is an excellent coach and personal trainer. He is well-versed in various fitness domains (cardio, strength, flexibility, plyometrics, stamina) and styles of working out (Crossfit, boot camps, circuit training, powerlifting, olympic lifting). Moreover, he is knowledgeable about best practices in diet, weight loss, and nutrition to enhance performance. Best of all, he is humorous, easygoing, and easy to work with!

Dan has done a fantastic job helping me with stretches for pain that I've been experiencing with my foot. He paired me with Amy Lamb for training. She has been kind and encouraging and works to find exercises that work for me. I went into this highly resistant to any kind of nutrition counseling. However, Dan has done a wonderful job gently nudging me in that direction. For the first time in two decades, I am on the right track to better health and fitness. I'm so excited to be working with Rachel! She's incredibly motivating and very inspiring! So far, her high-intensity cardio/weight training is kicking my butt, but it feels great. Right now, we work out in the gym at her apartment, which is well-equipped. She'll push you when you need it most, but also provides a compassionate ear when you're struggling. Julie does an outstanding job of working with you as an individual. She demonstrates modifications but pushes you to reach your full potential.
