The service person comes when he is scheduled. They ask if you have any special problems that needs to be addressed. I had an ant problem and they come promptly when I called. It did take a couple of applications before the ants were controlled, but ants are difficult. I have used other pest control companies but have been most satisfied with Frontline. Their employees are professional but friendly.

Technician misdiagnosed my problem; said we had honeybees (when really we had yellowjackets, but I wouldn't figure that out until later). Refused to perform service, saying it was illegal to treat for honeybees (FYI—I found out it's not illegal if the honeybees have invaded a structure), and sent me down a really long and confusing bunny trail of calling the TN Department of Agriculture and trying to find a beekeeper that would remove honeybees from inside a wall. Thankfully, due to my own observance of a graphic on the Nashville beekeepers website, I correctly identified our pests as european paper wasps (yellowjackets), not honeybees. I tried to get Frontline to come back out and treat, but they said one of their technicians was on vacation and they couldn't reach me for another week. I ended up going with a different company instead since the yellowjackets were basically swarming in my house and I needed to get rid of the issue as soon as possible. At least Frontline's customer support was polite and satisfactory, and they were decent enough to refund the money I spent on the initial visit.
