Introduction: We offer all-in-one exercise programs without fancy equipment or expensive gym membership. With our program, you can reach your fitness goals by exercising 40 minutes or less per day, 3 to 4 days per week, with only few inexpensive tools in the comfort of your own home, office or at our private studio.Our functional training program combines both modern and ancient advances in physical conditioning with neuroscience in order to address the body as a functional whole. We focus on movement, motor patterns and performance. To improve effective movement and also to build a healthy and beautiful body. 30 Minute in studio sessions $35 60 Minutes home or office sessions $55 (Including full studio membership) Our studio is located in the west end area and Downtown Nashville We also do have access to a private training studio in the Brentwood area. Please ask for details. Success stories: Its a priceless feeling to be able to help someone gain strength and starting to see results from our sessions. We take great pride in every client and we work hard to earn your trust. We show our clients that we are in it as a team to accomplish the goal at hand such as losing weight, body building, improving flexibility, building strength or prepping for a competition. Our trainers have a combine 15 years experience in fitness training.

Lalo is awesome and motivating! He has been training with my 17yo son and has tailored everything for his specific needs. My son loves it and looks forward to his next session with Lalo every week!

I am really lucky and happy to have Lalo as my personal trainer. He is absolutely awesome. I have been training with him from past 1 year and able to notice highly positive results in my fitness. He shows high level of patience and commitment to his clients. I literally started at level 0 and I can confidently say that with his training over past year I have improved my fitness, strength and flexibility to next few levels and slowly getting to my desired goal with his guidance and training. I really appreciate his attitude of pushing me out of my comfort zone and try different options to improve my strength. He also provides a well designed meal plan to follow. I can't thank enough Lalo for his support in transforming me to getting better every session. If anyone needs a highly patient trainer who doesn't get irritated for mistakes and train the client with utmost professionalism, then just hire him. I highly recommend him. He is highly professional, punctual, responsive and have never seen trainers offering sessions for affordaable price for the type of care he gives to his clients. Keep doing the great job and thank you for helping me reach my goals.

I just started working with Lalo, and already am feeling so much better! He is super knowledgeable and really emphasizes the importance of form and always makes sure I’m doing every movement correctly. He’s super personable and the workouts are fun but tough and effective. I’m very picky when I choose a trainer to work with, but I can’t say enough great things about Lalo and our workouts so far!

Lalo is great. Pushes you hard, but recognizes your limits. Stresses the importance of good nutrition and regularly checks that you are eating well. Tailors training to your goals. He truly has a passion for what he does, which is helping you toward good fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I wish I was going to be in the area longer so I could continue working with him.

I have been working with Lalo as my personal trainer for over 2 months now. He helped me hit my first personal fitness goal and now I am excited about the next one. Lalo's approach is comprehensive with diet and exercise. He asks excellent questions and you can tell his is listening because he will implement things accordingly. I can tell he makes slight adjustments as necessary to get the most out of my work out. He pushes me to just the right point to keep me going but not discourage me. He gives specific and clear instruction on what to do on my own time with exercise and diet and this maximizes my time and results. He goes above and beyond what is expected. He is on time every time. He knows exactly what he is doing and his work is a passion for him. I highly recommend Lalo and his services.
