Introduction: I have been in love with food since I was a little girl in my grandmother's kitchen. She owned a restaurant but her best food was made at home early in the morning when we were the only two awake. She taught me some techniques but most importantly she taught me to love food. I have been privileged to cook for countless impressive people and events but still believe that the love of food is the best technique.
