For the better part of 2017 I have spent 2 nights a week working out and being trained by Ethan. I have tried working out on my own and with other trainers for years, but have never had the desire or motivation to continue my training to the point that I actually saw or felt results. Then I would like to know what you expect out of a fitness program. If we feel that we're a right fit for each other then we set up a in-person transformation session. Once signed, up we preform
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. I am currently going for my Masters in Exercise Science with a concentration of Sports Nutrition.
