FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because none of my clients are standard. They are all unique and have their own interests which need to be protected. I base my pricing according to how much work should be done on any given case. I do not charge high prices just because you have a scary sounding case or because you have a good job. For example, a felony does not automatically have to require a large fee. If it is just a matter of straightening out a miscommunication, it should not automatically require a 5-10 thousand dollar retainer. All clients' situations are different and my prices are specifically tailored to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take a holistic approach when dealing with my clients. I want to help them with their immediate legal issue but also any other conditions in life that could be affecting them negatively. ALL of my clients have access to my work i-Phone that I have with with me at all times. Evenings, weekends, holidays...my clients always have access to me personally. I do not want my clients to have to wait to have their questions or concerns addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Perhaps the best training I received is my well earned degree from the School of Hard Knocks. I have a very broad experience base that allows me to relate to all people and I have over twenty years experience in this field to know how things actually work. I have done everything from manual labor on the family farm; to over-the-road-trucking; to working one-on-one with special needs individuals; to active duty during Desert Storm. I know about the legal system, but I also know about life.
