- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate prices are $40/hour or $25/half hour for one on one coaching. Call for package prices and buddy or group rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial call or text to schedule an appointment, we discuss goals, past experience, injuries, medical conditions, etc. I typically have client perform a series of movements while we discuss goals. After assessing clients goals and movement quality, we design a program to suit their individual needs and abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
