- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Online or face to face premarital counseling, six hours worth of instruction- $50. Travel expense up to 100 miles at .50/mi. Love offering of $100-200 according to time needed for preparation, rehearsal and ceremony and size of wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study daily to keep my own marriage alive and healthy from the Bible and read help books provided by Focus on the Family, other marriage counselors and authors. My wife and I have went through Financial Peace University with Dave Ramsey twice. I also frequently counsel married couples and keep up with the current challenges our society faces in marriage. I also subscribe to websites that major in the marriage relationship like Staying Married and Maintaining a Healthy Marriage.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was called by God and answered the call. I am ordained by a church for ministry not just licensed by the state.
