Did a great job of installing our tankless water heater.

I hired Onsite Plumbing to swap my existing electric water heater with a tank-less electric water heater. They had to modify my existing copper pipes to accommodate the tank-less heater and install a T&P valve drain (the heater being removed did not have a drain so this needed to be added). In addition to installing the new heater and hauling off the old one they also assisted with locating my septic system (we've had contractors fail to locate it but Onsite Plumbing found it in 2 minutes) and checking the water pressure on my household to ensure pressure was being properly regulated. These guys showed up on-time and were very courteous and professional. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up and left the work space better than it was before they showed up. The quote they provided on thumbtack exceeded my expectations due to the quality of the service they provide. They strive for perfection and I can assure you won't be disappointed. I had heating elements and thermostats replaced in my hot water heater. Eugene did a great job and cleaned up after job completion and then sent me email to check on the status of the job he completed, I really liked that. Jerry ripped out an old shower and replaced it with a beautifully crafted porcelain tile masterpiece. His rates are outstanding and he has a great variety of knowledge. Along with the shower, Jerry installed a garbage disposal, electronic dog door, several ceiling fans and electrical outlets in the basement. I would definitely hire him again!

William Toomey and his firm Impressive Improvements did a number of projects in our house including wood/carpet flooring, kitchen remodel, and home theater build over a one year period. All the projects we completed as promised and within agreed budget. He also gave us good design ideas from his previous work. Had a leak from my shower. They determined it was just water running down behind the spout and not a broken pipe. It just needed to be chalked. They also installed a new kitchen sink faucet and a new above the stove microwave. They were quick and professional. They did a great job.

I had Brad fix my hot tub by replacing the heating pump. The pump I had they no longer made. Brad spent a lot of time finding a replacement heater compatible with my spa. Brad was polite and easy to work with.
