Introduction: Hi! I’m Pamela Kibby , l started out doing Pageant Hair and Make Up 20+ years ago as Mrs. Tennessee . I am a licensed Cosmetologist, Celebrity Stylist , Free Lance Make-Up Artist and Spray Tanner. I specialize in on location special occasion Hair and Make-up. I come equipped with a professional Make-up Chair and Light and I offer air brush or traditional foundation. I charge $60 -75 per person and that includes false eyelashes. I also provide hair styling services for around $75-80 each. Trials are $65 and would need to be done at my salon in Chattanooga.. I require a non refundable $50 deposit to secure a spot in my book . In the event I have to cancel , I would gladly refund your deposit . In the event you cancel or postpone , I do not refund deposits but I will roll it to another date that I am available . I recently was a first place winner in a Matrix vivid color hair competition. I traveled to NY in July 2018 to style Fergie and her dancers hair and attend her concert. I would love to help you with your wedding or any other hair needs you may have. I love to do Wedding Parties, Prom Girls, Pageant Girls and anyone that wants to get dressed up for an event. Its amazing to see someones transformation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 for make up application . Hair pricing depends on style, it is usually around $75-$90 I have to charge a little more If we are dealing with extensions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I need to have a clear idea of the vision. I love photos, then I know exactly what to expect and I can also give you advice on whether your hair type will be able to accomplish the hair style you desire or your face shape will work with your make up choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my cosmetology license from Chattanooga College. I've attended many continuing education classes and am always learning to better my craft. Summer 2018 I studied at the L’Oréal Institute NYC.
