At the beginning of last year, I decided I wanted to improve my fitness and I didn't want to spend more than 20 minutes 3 times per week, a tall order. Michael made me a custom workout routine that fit the bill. My strength improved rapidly and he challenged me to accomplish things I didn't think I could, like doing squats with 50 pounds of weight added and completing a pullup for the first time in my life. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is negotiable, based on amount of times per week. But my basic rate is $40 per session. I can offer you 1 free session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will schedule a phone call to talk about goals and other details of getting started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE-certified personal trainer. I also recently completed the Barbell Logic Online Coaching Academy seminar.
