We just hired Paula and Geoffrey to start cleaning our home. The first time they were here, they did a deep clean. Our house was positively sparkling! It took both of them 7 hours, and they cleaned the baseboards, windows indoors, two bathrooms, everything in our home! It was such a great feeling to walk in and see our home looking and smelling clean! They are a great team! We are happy with their services and have hired them to clean every week! Paula arrived on time, toured our house and gave us her quote. We found her rates to be quite reasonable. She went right to work and worked steadily for several hours (this was her first visit and gave us the deep cleaning she had promised). We were very impressed with with quality of work she performed and look forward to having her return every two weeks.

Paula came to my home to assess the job, gave me a reasonable offer and came back at the day/time we agreed on - arriving promptly with all of her own cleaning supplies. She was very efficient and when she left my house sparkled. She'll return regularly now.

Paula was a Godsend. We had just had our floors redone and the house needed deep cleaning. On top of that I had broken my foot a week before they came. I would never have been able to do what they did. The house looks great. They even cleaned our kitchen cabinets. My husband was impressed with how diligently and thoroughly they worked and he himself is a perfectionist. We will definitely be using them again

These gals rock! They worked with us and stayed in touch. Our fur babies were no problem for them as they came armed with awesome vacuums and treats! The house is clean and we are happy. Thanks to Paula and Sherry for taking on this old farm house, and agreeing to come back.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always see the house or office before I give a quote. The smallest house can be really dirty and the biggest house can be so clean you wonder why you are there. Both would end up being about the same price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to set up a day and time that is convenient for them for me to come out and meet with them to do the estimate. I find it much more personal to make a face to face first impression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
no special training. Just need an eye for detail and an honest, positive attitude.
