I have nothing but positives to say about my experience thus far. Ethan performed an initial fitness assessment as the basis for a comprehensive fitness program which includes resistance, metabolic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) based on my primary objectives for weight loss and improved body composition. He re-evaluates and changes up the circuits regularly to keep things challenging and the body guessing. Six months later, I am down 20 lbs and double-digits in inches. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. He has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever spent. If you follow his recommendations, you will see results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been training with James for about 3 months now and I've seen the best results out anything else I've tried. If you'd like to see real results I highly recommend training with him. Not also will it help with meeting your goals but you'll learn a lot about the science behind it and a lot about your body. There hadn't been one question he hasn't been able to answer ( I ask a lot questions).

Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. His expertise allow him to work with all levels regardless of where one might be upon starting, and his routines are diverse, effective, and above all fun. I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. During the last month I've been able to sample the new program and it's very exciting. Each week focuses on a new nutrition habit so that you are bringing about slow, long lasting change. It's exciting and I think it will help me with my long term goals of becoming a healthier person inside and out. Daniel is punctual, flexible, motivating, and passionate about what he does. Matt has been training me...going on 3 months now. I could see results after the first 2 weeks. Coach Ken is definitely one of a kind. He pushes me to always be better than I was yesterday even when I'm not in the mood. He always knows what to say to keep me positive and getting me to my goals. I love boxing with him as well great cardio instead of same old treadmills. He is the best coach I have ever had. I am 37 and feel better than i ever have. Please come check him out. He also has the best personality and a good soul.

I've worked with him two days already starting to feel the burn. He's really good at what he does. With him training me I'm in good hands thanks moe. This is me on the right I'm going for muscle and burn fat to get shredded. He's only been working out 6 months all natural doesn't take any supplements only eats 3-4 times a day including breakfast and told me to do the same since we're the same structure.

My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!

Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!

In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. Mitch Kornberg has changed my life for the better. Thanks to just three hours a week of coaching from Mitch, I am stronger and more flexible at 51 than I was 30. I am leaner, too, having added muscle and decreased my body fat by 10 percent. I still have work to do, but I am proud of the improvements Mitch has helped me make. Mitch is a natural motivator who makes working out fun and challenging. He also has a deep understanding of the science behind fitness. He pays close attention to my concerns and/or any aches and pains, and he has helped me develop good form to avoid injury and setbacks.
