After reschedules due to last week's crazy ice/snow storms in middle TN, they made it out to my house in Murf. today. All I can say is I am extremely happy and impressed! Came in, knew what they were doing, and were done before I knew it! Stains that my shampooer would have never gotten out, are now gone. Mary R. was fabulous in the communication area also. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend Mary and her team for any needs u may have!

I am most impressed with the service provided by Hall's. They have cleaned my home as my Mother would. Very thorough with no skipping over anything, which I have had with nationally advertised companies. I have a clean, shiny, and good smelling house when these gals leave. No complaints at all!!!

Tara was a lifesaver. My housekeeper cancelled at the last minute and I had guests coming in a few hours. Tara came right over and took care of things in such a timely manner. She was so great to be around and did a wonderful job in making my home look cared for and making me seem like a better house keeper than I am-to my guests. She was very responsive, prompt and thorough. I had an extremely difficult situation where a house sitter had trashed my home and abandoned my dogs. She coordinated quickly and professionally with the new house sitter. She got in there and took care of it in a day. She even fended off nosy neighbors who claimed to be from the Health Department and tried to gain access to my home. She even hired and paid a waste removal service to dispose of 30 bags of trash piled on my back porch. I am working over 5,000 miles away, and she made an impossible situation manageable for me.

My carpets didn't get completely clean but they were in pretty rough shape because of a dog with a bladder problem. Austin was on time, very nice, patient with my house full of dogs and got the work done quickly. He even moved a heavy box for me.

Marcus did a really great job. My house was covered in mold and now it's spotless. Highly recommended.

What a blessing Jany was!! She was able to come to my house my quickly and was responsive. I am pregnant and on bed rest- she was so sweet and kind to me while she was in the house. The house is sparkling! She worked very hard and I am very pleased. I would recommend her again and again.
