- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wilder Therapeutics has a minimum (24 hour) cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than (24 hours) notice, there will be charge of cancellation fee. Clients understand and agree in order to hold their scheduled appointment they are required to put 50% upfront for their service. The remaining balance will be collected on the day of the appointment. Clients understand and agree it is their responsibility to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than (24 hours) in advance to avoid cancellation fee. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me, texting or calling me. Information is provided through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lots of questions and depending on time a postural evaluation. If your in pain, I’m going to want to understand why so we can focus on where your pain is coming from.
