We offer premium services at affordable rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the customer over the telephone is my personal preference. Speaking in detail with the customer about what services they will need for there relocation process. I want my customers to know that there goods are safe in Alpha's hands. Its not just your stuff its your life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training exercises that we practice routinely with all of our employees.
