What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Photography pricing is based on sqft and not photo count. This allows the photographer much more flexibility and freedom to capture any additional photos they may deem necessary on site. Not all 1200 sqft properties are built the same and sometimes that "25 photo package" just doesn't seem enough. More creative freedom creates more value and less stress for the agent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in the real estate media industry for over 9 years. Partnered with the highest rated real estate media company in New Jersey. Specialized in luxury listings and extremely high end clients. I have had my listing photos featured in the top real estate magazine in the country. Worked as a drone pilot capturing video footage for a series on Netflix.
