As a lifelong cynic, smoker and hater of all things athletic, I was less than enthusiastic to join a gym or begin an exercise program at 50+ ..until a guilty conscience and rave reviews from my friends led me to Emily... Her extensive background, knowledge of physiology and experience working with people of all ages, ability levels and limitations along with her warmth and sparkling personality gives her the edge. Whether in a group class or individual training, Emily does her homework and customizes every session to the needs of each participant.. She is able to motivate and challenge us to push our limits while being sensitive to our specific areas of weakness so that we do not become discouraged. She is flexible and creative, constantly changing the routines, combining yoga, Pilates and free weights into each session, incorporating cardio and strength training to maximize results. In just a few weeks, I've seen and felt dramatic improvements in my muscle tone, energy level, balance, endurance and self confidence.. and, most dramatically, my fear of strenuous physical activity:) Emily rocks!
Katy introduced me to yoga and leads her classes with patience and encouragement. I started at a late age as a beginner, and she always made me feel confident about my ability to learn and progress. Her classes flow and vary in the poses and combinations so they are never boring! I benefited greatly form her instruction.

I love it when Rebecca teaches class at my studio. Her style encompasses the perfect amount of encouragement to push yourself, as well as gentle reminders to rest when needed. Her clear voice is strong and steady, it keeps my mind from drifting and yet I don't feel like I'm being yelled at in a boot camp. During class, Rebecca has explained the postures in ways that have made them "click" for me, I feel like when I do what she says, even if I am still far from being advanced in the posture, at least I'm aiming in the right direction. Wonderful instructor on many levels!
It is my first time taking private Yoga classes. Alexis is an excellent, kind and patient teacher. Classes are more than just physical exercise but a complete 'feel good' session. I am on my week two and noted changes right away. I am so pleased with her that I am doing 2 (and later on 3) times a week. Absolutely recommend her for any level.
Alexis did a great job introducing me to yoga. Through her yoga instruction and wellness coaching, I went from someone who rarely got off of the sofa to someone who enjoys moving myself in some way every day. My strength and flexibility have both increased, and my attitude towards exercise has done a complete 180. Alexis is always on time, and always maximizes the time spent with her depending on her clients needs. Would recommend her to anyone who’s ready to make a change in their lives.

This was one of the best yoga and meditation sessions I’ve had! There are some poses I’ve always struggled with and Kate made me feel comfortable and helped me correct the poses with ease. She was so great about making you feel like you were working through the poses together and the class was 100% tailored to my needs. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait for our next session together!
Payton is a teacher who values compassion, earnestness and understanding above all else. When we meet, I feel his attention center directly on me. I always feel free to speak my mind without any judgment. There are few people I can trust as much as him. The first question Payton asked me as a new student of yoga was "What do you want out of this?" I answered, "I want to be in better physical and mental shape." Having practiced and studied for some months, my answer has evolved from what it was then. This is why I keep coming back to Payton--whatever I need to focus on in my life, he finds a way to use it as a subject of learning. In the last six months I've practiced body-opening stretches, endocrine yoga, concentration and transcendental meditation, and martial arts. I've learned about the delusions of ego, my true Self, Alchemy, and the relationship between mind, body, spirit and emotion. I've only just started the journey of self-understanding. I feel very blessed to have Payton as a teacher and friend. I would recommend his service to anyone seeking self-confidence, motivation, and greater sense of purpose.
Elizabeth is an outstanding yoga instructor and personal trainer. She challenges you, and always changes things up! In her yoga classes, we focused on strength training, meditation and flexibility - All in one! I lost a lot of weight through yoga and personal training, and she taught me things that allow me to keep up the fitness on my own after our training had ended! Her goal setting guide (that she gives personal training clients) seriously changed the way I view health and fitness. Also, I highly suggest paying for her custom meal plans. Mine was super easy to follow because it was customized to MY specific food needs and likes. This made a huge difference in my weight loss results and I'm still maintaining it now.
After taking a yoga class instructed by Arielle, I felt like I was re-born. I've since taken up yoga as a hobby and a way of relieving the stresses of daily life. Thank you, Arielle. My mind, body and spirit was cleansed during your practice, and ultimately changed my life. Highly recommended!
Mary is the best! At my first meeting with Mary I was walking like the Mummy (dragging my right foot) with acute pain from a hip injury a couple of years earlier. She gently made an assessment and we did several modified yoga postures and stretches. I went home with a list of Egoscue stretches and movements. She also initiated my to the 8 limbs of yoga and we meditated. That was about 9 months ago. While I admit I am not the "poster Child" yoga student. my life has changed. Physically, I now have much greater range-of-motion and flexibility. My acute pain is gone and the times I overdo an activity and my hip screams at me, I know which modified yoga postures give me relief. I am so grateful for my expanding spiritual awareness and new peaceful demeanor. Mary is a true professional, but as a client/student, I look forward to the spiritual benefit as much as the physical relief. Mary goes far beyond to taylor the therapy and make the most out of the personal journey. I cannot imagine a better practitioner or a better experience. -Peggy

As a beginner, she helped me not only strengthen my physical practice through suggestions, assists, and amazing exercises, but she helped strengthen my emotional and spiritual practice through healing words, music, and flows in every class.
