As a lifelong cynic, smoker and hater of all things athletic, I was less than enthusiastic to join a gym or begin an exercise program at 50+ ..until a guilty conscience and rave reviews from my friends led me to Emily... She is flexible and creative, constantly changing the routines, combining yoga, Pilates and free weights into each session, incorporating cardio and strength training to maximize results.
