- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, it depends on the level of service the client needs. We customize all events to our clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have face to face consultations to meet our clients and get to know them a little so we can customize a menu that reflects their idea of a perfect event. We then establish an event outline to show how the work will unfold, Tasteful Gatherings will state clear objectives and work using a timeline, communicating effectively to our clients. We will share our ideas that have worked well in our experience over the past three years
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef has worked with some of the finest chefs in the country in Michigan, Lake Tahoe, Hawaii, Ohio, and Tennessee. These experiences shows in her menus, displays and food. Our Chef De Cuisine comes with 30 years of catering experience in the Boston Ma. area. Tasteful Gatherings Kitchen Manager graduated from Sullivan University with a Degree in Professional Catering and has since been working in the industry in Cleveland TN. On the event side Tasteful Gatherings Event Manager was in charge of Coordinating all events at the Springbrook Gulf and Country Club in Niota, TN and our event coordinator graduated from Johnson and Wales with a BS degree in event management.
