Introduction: I teach private or group lessons in kickboxing and yoga for realistic self defense, self confidence and overall fitness. You can do yoga and kickboxing together or schedule them as separate lessons. I am a third-degree black belt in karate, taekwondo, judo, aikido, jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. I am also a class B yoga instructor. I have five nearly six years of martial arts, yoga, and instructor training and diet training and business management experience.
