We couldn't be more pleased with TFS. From customer service to the actual foundation work itself, they have exceeded our expectations. Glenn was the project manager who met with us initially. He gave a clear explanation of what the plan was and all was executed. We were more impressed at the superior customer service of this company. Field technicians were so proactive and would call us with updates every step of the way. This was especially helpful as we were not currently residing in the state but instead, 2000 miles cross country. Texts, photos and calls kept us informed and our minds at ease. We hit some unforeseen setbacks and the TFS team was quick to address these and worked directly with external vendors to resolve. We highly recommend TFS for foundation work you may be considering. You're in good hands.

Way too over priced, payed for Them to come out. And they quoted 31k on a 750stf house. Pear and beam found. Pre beam quoted 1000 each. The inspector told me should cost 4k to 8k

They got started later than planned but in their defense they had a cancellation so they did my job 2 weeks early. They did a good job and even caulked my cracks after the job was done.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because each home is unique and each repair is unique, we do not have a standard pricing system.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    In order for us to provide the best possible solution for you, we schedule a certified specialist to perform a thorough interior and exterior inspection of your home. We ask that both homeowners are present for this inspection so we can address all questions. Please allow 60-90 minutes for this appointment. The certified specialist will build an accomplish list with you and determine the best way to resolve your home repair needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    To best educate our consumer, we put together a packet of information that gets mailed before each appointment. This information is pertinent to the type of appointment, i.e., foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation or concrete lifting.
