Paula's yoga classes are so much fun! Paula makes every effort to meet your individual needs and she will include stretches for arthritis and hip or shoulder issues. Every class provides stress relief plus you get a good workout.
When I first started with Moses I was completely out of shape. I hadn't been in the gym in years. For the first couple of weeks I didn't think I was going to make it, but Moses was very patient and inspirational. He challenged me to push myself with the variety of circuit training he uses. He changed the way I looked at myself and my whole body in general. I became stronger and toned. All the things that I wanted. He gave me structure that I still use on my own in my workouts today. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone that is looking for a real change in their life.
