- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are estimates only. The final cost could be more or less. If it will be more you will be notified ASAP.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet and physically see the job. We will discuss, in detail, the clients plans and visions for the area in question. I can then work-up an estimate for the client and present to them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in construction since grade school. After high school I tried College but needed to work. I found a job with a local carpenter and started my career. Over the years I have worked for other contractors and companies around middle TN before going out on my own in 2006. Since going out on my own my business has steadily grown. I have tried to expand but find that to keep quality where I want it I need to be involved with every job we do. That being said, I have chosen to stay small and offer my clients unmatched customer service and satisfaction.
