Jason at Milliken's Roofing was fantastic! Initial communication was immediate, and he then came out to review the damage on the same day of inquiry. Ultimately, he isolated that it was not a roofing issue but a plumbing issue, and helped me to prevent further damage. Though I will not be needing him for this job, his attention to service and the customer will have me calling him for any roofing needs I might have in the future.
Professional and used time wisely. Work was complete, and to my satisfaction in no time at all. Will use All Roofing Siding Gutters again.
Tony and Benji did a great job on multiple projects I had done around my home. He took care of my flooring, windows, and painting. He arrives on time and even took care of things he saw that needed to be done at little and sometimes NO EXTRA CHARGE. He has already received two referrals from neighbors passing by who saw his work. He is reliable, fair, and easy to work with. I will be calling him again when I'm ready for my next project.
I'm really happy with the service I got using Bunn's Roofing. I hired them to clean our home's gutters and flush the downspouts, and they came back out to finish the job on their weekend when they weren't able to finish the first day. I received five quoted prices, and Bunn's Roofing's price was the highest by a hair. I decided to go with them because they had all the licensing in place, were communicative and kind, and James's email correspondence was clear and error-free. Communication style greatly matters to me when picking a service, particularly one where strangers come to my home and climb around on the roof, and I felt we were in capable hands. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks so much!
Mr. Guyton and his team are a rare gift, and 5 stars are not enough!!! Seldom (if ever) have I met such an outstanding, honest and professional company, and you can't go wrong with hiring them!!! First, I'd like to say that this was an exceptional experience from beginning to end, and words cannot express my gratitude to Guyton Roofing! After a damaging storm, I had actually contacted several roofers, and Mr. Guyton replied right away. The interesting thing is that another company had committed to an appointment, and even though Mr. Guyton knew that, he was kind enough to contact me and assure me that if there were any problems at all with the other roofers showing up, he would be there to do whatever was necessary to secure my roof, do the repair and protect my home. As it turned out, the other roofers missed the appointment, and Dustin went out of his way to get to my house and repair what he could of my battered roof. After I contacted my insurance company, they absolutely commended Dustin's actions and his fast response, and because of the extent of the damage, my roof had to be completely replaced. I felt extremely secure in giving Guyton Roofing the job, and he and his team did not disappoint. They went out of their way to complete the job (even over the Christmas Holiday), and I have NEVER received such immediate, professional and reliable service! Guyton Roofing guided me through the technical process of replacing the roof; Mr. Guyton was completely forthright with pricing and the completion date of the project, and HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that the experience was as seamless as possible. To say that this is a man of integrity is an understatement!!! He cares about what he is doing to help others, and this guides his actions. One other note here is that as soon as the job was finished, the property cleanup was immediate and thorough. It was impossible to tell that I had my roof replaced just a few days prior to the cleanup! Outstanding! Genuine! Honest! Real! Great job by Guyton Roofing!!!
Derrick was a pleasure to work with. His team completed a large job for me - tearing down all gutters, wood fascia, all old aluminum siding around the fascia, and replaced the fascia with new lumber, replaced shingles around the perimeter of the roof to establish the proper shingle overhang for the new drip edge, and installed brand new seamless gutters. He was fair on price, responsive at every step of the way, and honest. I would highly recommend for any job.
I was referred to the Tennesean Home Improvement Construction by a very dear friend. I was told that Tony would be honest, attentive, and most importantly he would listen. They were so right !!! I had detailed specifications and drawings. I had all of my materials prior to beginning my job. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tony to my surprise totally understood my vision. Though Tony was referred to me, I still did my homework, getting 3 other bids. I had given my drawings and specifications to each of the contractors so that they would all have the same information in order to give an exact bid. I checked out all of the contractors on the Contractors State License website and, I called and spoke to prior clients of each of the different contractors. I compared all of the bids and found them all to be in line with the scope of work to be done. Pricing was also a factor, I wanted to stay within budget. Of all the bids I received, Tennesean Home Improvement was the most inclusive and detailed of the work to be performed, giving me confidence that he was fully involved and hands on in the entire construction process. I remodeled 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. Tony was always available (even by text !!) and, when necessary, would come over at a moments notice. Tony's crew were unbelievably fabulous! Detailed, extremely neat, cleaned the work areas daily before leaving and never left trash around. They arrived daily on time with smiles on their faces even proudly displaying there companies logos on there shirts !!. They truly enjoy their work. Ricky, there project manager IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! For my shower floor, they cut 284 - 3 x 3inch tiles from 12 x 24 inch porcelain tiles without a complaint . 3 of the bathroom walls were done in 13 x 40inch porcelain tile laid stacked horizontally. For the inside and edges around the bathroom window, which were finished in tile, I did not want the usual inset of the tile nor the metal edge strips. I wanted the tile mitered. Ricky didn't blink an eye at this request. My shower has a column holding the shower fixtures that is made of glass. One each side of the column are 1/2 inch Starfire Glass walls. Ricky's work is the most beautiful work I have seen in a very long time. There was very little waste of my very expensive tile and no waste of my glass material. Giovanni - Painting, Drywall and a multitude of other items, is also an artisan. Besides all of his drywall work, he also removed the acoustical ceiling in my dressing room. The most beautiful work. Todd - Electrician. He followed my specifications perfectly putting everything in conduit as was my preference. Tony, Followed my specifications perfectly putting everything copper to copper, no plastic, hooking up the rather complicated rain head, proportioning valve, and hand shower. At the conclusion of the job, we were present when the building inspector pronounced that everything was to code and done properly. Our home was built in the early 60's and was never remodeled. I was worried what would be found behind the walls. I was lucky, there were no problems. Because I am so detailed, and knew exactly what I wanted - having my fixtures and tile on hand prior to the start of the job, along with the detailed specifications and drawings, there were no add-on's. The remodel went smoothly and stayed on budget. Tennesean Home Improvement is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again. Tony wasn't the cheapest initial bid we received, but we ended up saving a ton by avoiding costly errors, staying on time (and rent in our temporary space), and the result was more than worth the money. We have a beautiful new home. I highly recommend Tony and Tennesean Home Improvement anyone considering doing a major or even a small job done to there home... Thank you Tony, and your entire crew for a beautiful job. Feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to see the work they have done (I'm very proud of the end result).. Mr. Melgar
Ron facilitated a quick and easy re-roofing project. His team was on time and worked throughout the day to get the job done. I'd recommend him to any of my family and friends.
Being an out-of-state real estate investor, I was fortunate enough to pick an outstanding roofing company in The StoneMark Company. During the quoting process, Robert Yeatman provided a professional recommendation which resulted into a good looking and well laid out roof. I am impressed with the quick completion of the roof and whatever was promised were delivered. Robert stayed in touch with me from the beginning to the end. I will surely engaged The StoneMark Company (an A+++ Company) on my next project rehab project!
We used Bill Ragan Roofing to install our roof last year. The quality, the timeliness, the response rate and overall professionalism surpassed even my expectations. I could not be happier with the choice that we made to use them. I can without hesitation recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.
I had hired Kyle of Cornerstone General Contractors to repair my roof and gutter that were damaged from a hail storm that happened during the summer months, also I had a leak inside one of the bathrooms from that storm also, he and his crew came early to do roof the next morning and finished in one day. They made sure every thing was picked up and cleaned like it was when they started. The crew that took care of the interior of the bathroom came the next day and started working on the ceiling and wall that was damaged. it took them two days for replacing wall board and ceiling area. After that they repainted the whole bathroom. He and his crew are a TRULY profressional in the work they do. I WOULD DEFINITELY hire them for any project that i would have in the future.
No hassles or surprises, exceptional communication throughout the process and highly recommend Graduate Contracting for your roofing needs.
My husband had the initial (phone) contact with Kevin at BK Barns. He is not easily impressed, as he has been one to build many things on his own. He felt very secure with Kevin's knowledge and eagerness to work "with" him on any project. Our first project was a metal roof on an existing house. It was done quickly, with no delay (unless weather intervened). And, very importantly, the job was clean--No nails, or residual materials left around. BK also constructed a huge three car garage for this property. Once again, very professional. If you go with BK Barns, you get a quality job at an honest price and done on time with a contractor who stays "on the job". Kevin is someone who we feel we can call on for most anything. He also was a huge source of aid when we had property flood in Nashville. We are very thankful that we have crossed paths with Kevin and his company, BK Barns.
Abba has done many different jobs for me over the last year and each one was done to satisfaction. He is experienced in many facets of construction. LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION for: Tim Wolf of Wolf Home Improvements by: John. Carlisle (homeowner) Mount Juliet, TN Tel.: 615-717-5371 Date of remodel: October 25, 2016 To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to write this unsolicited letter of recommendation on behalf of Tim Wolf. Tim was the general contractor for a remodeling project on the exterior of my house in the fall of 2016. I had no prior relationship with Tim, who was recommended by an architect friend of mine. The scope of the remodeling involved window replacement (22 windows and 3 patio doors), siding replacement (approximately 4000 sq. ft.), replacement of 2 decks along with installation of stainless steel cable railing, and roof replacement (approximately 2400 sq. ft.) for a three level house built in 1978. The project took 8 weeks and involved 4 work crews (carpenters, siding, painters, roofing) plus electrician and structural engineer, at a budget of just over $100,000. While major remodeling is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Tim's services as a general contractor were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Tim top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Tim used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work crews. Other than one relatively minor exception which Tim promptly addressed once I brought it to his attention, the workmen whom Tim utilized were professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of the homeowner’s property and privacy. They had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was evident. They tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found them to be trustworthy, and my wife and I felt comfortable with allowing them access inside our home. 3. Project management and coordination. Tim's prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of our project, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities of different work crews effectively. He remained closely involved in overseeing the project from start to finish. His excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and commitment to follow-through are assets which enabled him to juggle the extensive details involved in our project without missing a beat. Tim's familiarity with building codes and dealing with city hall also facilitated a smooth and hassle-free process when it came to building permits and inspection. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the project, I was impressed with Tim's commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. When situations arose where extra work needed to be done (because of hidden problems that were not apparent until work on the house had commenced), Tim either (if it was relatively minor) took care of it without charging me extra, or (if it was more extensive) involved me in an informed decision making process that culminated in a change order which was fair. In another situation in which I was not satisfied with the aesthetics of nail holes on the siding battens even though the latter had been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, Tim agreed with me and arranged to have the nail holes filled and battens painted - a job which involved many additional hours - without passing the expense on to me. 5. Effective communication. Tim kept me closely informed of work crew schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of our project. His communication (whether by cell phone or email) was always clear, informative, and helpful. He was either available on his cell phone, or returned my phone call within 2-3 hours. We never had a single miscommunication throughout the 2-month project. His communication with the work crews was just as effective. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall, structural problems with the existing cantilevered joists for an upper deck), Tim worked diligently with me to identify a solution that was acceptable to me. He utilized resources effectively (e.g., enlisting the services of a structural engineer in a limited fashion) and creatively (e.g., identifying a special type of edge vent for my roof that had minimal overhang), and directed the work crew to make changes necessary for implementing the solution. 7. Responsiveness to homeowner’s needs and concerns. Tim's commitment to homeowner satisfaction was evident in his actions. On the few occasions when I brought a request or concern to his attention (e.g., when I wanted the roofing done before all of the exterior painting was completed), he listened attentively, and always took appropriate action that demonstrated responsiveness to my needs or concerns. When the painting crew fell behind of schedule, Tim showed up on a Saturday and helped with the exterior painting. His service orientation is truly described by the motto: “The homeowner’s needs come first.” 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Tim gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the project. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. Same with the change orders. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Tim delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price. 9. Value. I had solicited three bids for my remodeling project. Although Tim's bid was not the lowest, I am absolutely convinced that he delivered the best value (in terms of the work done) for the price. 10. Sensitivity to work site appearance and neighbor relations. Our project required a huge dumpster and a portable toilet (for the work crew), and there was very limited parking. Tim's placement of the dumpster, portable toilet, and construction materials was based not solely on function and convenience, but showed a consideration for the aesthetics of the work site. The work crew parked their vehicles in ways that were minimally disruptive to the neighborhood traffic, and their conduct never caused any discomfort to our neighbors. In the two months during this project, there was not one single neighbor complaint! Instead, three different neighbors passed on compliments about the work crews (e.g., “those guys really work hard”). In closing, I am very pleased with the final product which Tim was instrumental in delivering, and I am extremely impressed with his work as a general contractor. In a world where shoddy workmanship and poor service are unfortunately all too common, Tim is indeed a rare find. I have been a homeowner for over 30 years, and I took this unprecedented step of writing an unsolicited letter of recommendation for Tim because I believe that exceptional work should be recognized. I would not hesitate to hire Tim again, or to recommend him to my friends and neighbors. I recommend Tim Wolf to you most enthusiastically, and without any reservations. If you have any questions about my experience with Tim, please feel free to call me at 615-717-5371 John Carlisle A very satisfied homeowner
John and Michelle were incredibly professional, all projects were done timely and with great care. I would recommend.
Great experience! Thomas was very pleasant and did a great job on my gutters. He is very customer friendly, great manners and prices and quality are great too. Would recommend and use him again.
In proposal it says tear off old roof and check decking, they are putting the metal roof on over the old roof. When I called Tim he said that would cost more. He is a scam artist.
Josh was very polite and punctual. He not only got my windows installed in a timely manor, but also opened my eyes to a more cost efficient and long lasting solution to my project. What I admire most of Josh is how dedicated he is to doing what is best for his customers rather than his own well being and how evident that is even upon your first consultation with him. He is very comprehensive in his field of work and I hold him to high regard and will without a doubt give him a call next time I need something done.
We purchased our windows from Exterior Energy Solutions last summer and we love them. When the guys installed them they were very polite and left the yard spotless and the job was finished all in one day. We are in the process of having a new roof installed by them. Anytime we have had any questions they are very easy to work with. We highly rate this company.
We did a new roof on our home back in February. We got a total of 4 estimates from 4 companies. Baker Remodeling Group was the second lowest bid. However, he threw in 2 seamless gutters, which made his value that much more of a better decision for us. The company did all of the work in 2 days, cleaned up every single piece of debris and nail. The foreman did a full walk-around with us and took pictures of all the work done. Our house was immaculate! We settled up. They even hauled away some trash and brush that we had already at no charge as a token of appreciation for our business. Two months later we noticed a very small leak in one of the gutters. We called the company and within 2 days they came and resealed the endcap of the one gutter. Since then Baker Remodeling Group has done installations on 2 of our neighbors homes.
