FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our jobs based on actual cost of equipment and material. We do not use flat rate pricing which is very unfair to customers. Every job is unique and cost do vary. We promise to quote you a firm, competitive price with no surprises in the end. We guarantee the most competitive prices and the highest quality service available in the Mid-South. We will always give you honest diagnosis and guarantee the fastest possible service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers with open arms, and an open mind. On an initial contact with a new customer we try to get an Idea of the issue they are having to determine if they have a repairable system, or if they are just needing a quote on a new system or replacement/upgrade. Our estimates on replacement are a free service. To take advantage of our FREE SECOND OPINION SERVICE please contact to schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a local trade School majoring in Electronics and Distributive Education, which gave me credit for going to work each day. This was 42 years ago, as I was preparing to leave high school. I am a factory trained master technician attending numerous training courses and obtaining certifications from Carrier, Trane and Goodman/Amana to name a few. I am currently attending continuing education classes whenever possible to stay on top of all the newer technology that is constantly evolving. I am NATE certified and I hold a Universal refrigerant certification and a Master Mechanical Contractors license.
