They were very prompt in returning phone calls and setting up an estimate. Very detailed in their recommendations and in their work. Will be using them again when necessary 👍

The entire second storey of our home needed to have the carpet stretched. 2 bedrooms, a bonus room and a small hallway. I tried using a rented " knee knocker" because a YouTube video showed it to be SOOO easy. BIG MISTAKE. I nearly crippled myself and after 4 hours made no difference. LJ showed up on a Saturday morning and had the entire floor stretched and cleaned in under 3 hours.

He was there on time, actually early. Very professional and did a good job. We had a buckle in the hallway carpet that needed stretched back out. Looks good!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Carpet stretching, pet damage repairs, burn repairs, red stain removal, and seam repair.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to hire an experienced certified worker. One who follows the guidelines put out by the Carpet and Rug Institute. A power stretcher is a must when re-stretching carpet and is required by your capet manufacturer.
