Neal worked very efficient, getting multiple projects done throughout the house (tv mount and wire concealment, fan installation, outlet changes). He was very clean and left no mess behind. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I do good work, so I don't lowball. I also want to be reasonable, and since I dont have a storefront , my overhead allows me to keep prices down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid on their lead. If they accept it, I schedule the project. It's not rocket science. And then threat them as a friend
