Introduction: I am the catering manager for East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and Western North Carolina. We are a company that takes great pride in taking care of any catering need our clients may have.
Our food is prepared in the house, always fresh for that delicious southern taste. If there is a particular item you would prefer that isn't on our menu, we can try our best to accommodate that need as well.

Wouldn't have wanted anyone else to cater for us. Food was great, and the service was even better. Deanna is just overall an amazing person and I enjoyed working with her.

I received so many compliments on the wonderful food and service my guests received. Many told me they didn't know Fatz catered and are keeping them in mind for future events. Deanna set up everything and her staff even cleaned up and packaged the leftover food for us, all we had to do was take it home and continue to enjoy. It was amazing

The management of our reception venue was horrible, but Diana and her staff handled it very well. I can not thank them enough for going to extra mile to make our reception perfect. The food is amazing and working with Diana was amazing. I highly recommend using Fatz Cafe for your catered events!
