Introduction: One thing that I find over and over again with my customers is that there are few businesses that take the time to really listen. I pride myself in really listening to my customers and catering to not only what they want buy who they are as individuals. We care and it shows in the finished product.
I love my customers and I get a thrill when I see that smile on their face when the job is done. So often, they come to me confused, frustrated and ready to throw in the towel. I love walking through the process with them and ultimately giving them peace of mind.

He was always on time. Took the time to explain each part of the repair of my upstairs shower pan. I had extra work done ( re-grouted the master bath) due to his attention to details. I am super satisfied with the outcome. I know I will not have any future problems with that part of my shower. Thanks Steven for the outstanding work. I highly recommend you give him a call.
