- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have typical square foot and hourly pricing that I work with, but I prefer to see the project before quoting anything in case there are any added details. This allows me to give the client the most accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different, but I prefer to meet with the client to learn about his/her vision and ideas. I then take those ideas and create an estimate based on labor and material costs. Once contracts are signed, I then typically create a rendering so we can be sure all aspects of the project are exactly what the client is hoping for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Construction Management and over 10 years in the building industry.
