Mauricio did an amazing job repairing wooden soffit that had been damaged by leaking gutters. He was timely, did great work, was a great communicator and did it all for a very fair price. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Mauricio.

The guys did great work. They were a bit late and I was watching the time so that I could track the charges per hour, only to find out close to the end of the job that they don't charge by the hour like his profile says. He suggested a blanket cost that I didn't expect. It's all good, and the work was probably worth the cost, but keep in mind that the $60/hr listed on his site is not accurate. He has never updated it. Ask for an estimate up front. I would hire them again. They are experienced and good, fast workers.
