The first time cleaning a home we typically provide a deep clean, which is a top to bottom hand wiping of each surface and all the items on each surface plus all cabinet fronts and doors, etc. This prepares the home for regular maintenance cleaning. A deep clean is charged hourly and we give an estimated amount of hours which depends on the size and condition of the home. We can also customize the deep clean to serve your needs and budget. For recurring cleanings we set a fixed rate so you will always know what to expect. Excellent work! Susan was punctual, did a terrific job cleaning our place and used all natural products which is important since we have a baby in the house. I highly recommend and can't wait to use her again.

Susan is hands down the best house cleaner I've ever found. She is extremely thorough, efficient and detail oriented. She seems to love what she does and is positive and proactive, always taking the initiative to find out exactly what you want and going the extra mile to deliver it. She left our house looking as sparkling as it did when we first moved in (and we love that she uses only "green" products!). I recommend her very highly.

Very unhappy with our service. We had to call every month to make sure they were coming when they said they were going to. Then we they came, they only did a good job when the owner was present. I would say below average cleaning otherwise. I even cut out rooms from being cleaned (bonus room) to try to get the cleaner to put more focus on kitchen/living room with no better results. This month, I was told via email (not a phone call) that they thought I had bugs in my kitchen. First of all, we live in the country so you may see an occasional spider, but I have a terminator contract that also includes checking for other bugs. They were just at our house for their routine check and confirmed that there are no bugs. Beware of this cleaning company. They are afraid that an occasional spider may stop up their vacuum.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions about the home size and condition and any specific requests they have. Then give a quote and book the first cleaning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue learning about the most effective natural products and tools used for home cleaning. We choose green cleaning products due to the abundant research that is available today. Mainstream cleaning products often contain carcinogens and toxic compounds, many of which have been banned in other countries. We use products that are 'A' rated by the Environmental Working Group and those that list all their ingredients on the label. And most importantly those that really work. We are a member of ARCSI, The Association of Residential Cleaning Services International and we stay updated on new technologies, methods and tools.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially started cleaning homes to share the value that a really thorough home cleaning can contribute to a healthy interior environment and how it transforms how one feels within their space. We train our cleaning staff in the perfect maintenance system that provides consistent and thorough home cleaning with the use of biodegradable products that sanitize and clean without adding toxic chemicals to the indoor environment. We add pure essential oil to the unscented products that leave a fresh natural scent and also have the additional benefit of purifying the air.
