We are so pleased that we hired Marisol for our vintage wedding in October 2013. She did an AMAZING job and worked extremely well with our budget. We received so many compliments on our flowers. My husband's grandmother said that the flowers at our wedding were the most beautiful that she has ever seen at a wedding. I gave Marisol a picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and she basically replicated the image exactly! :-) It was so beautiful! Thank you Marisol for making our wedding look so elegant and beautiful, which is exactly what I had in envisioned for my wedding! We will definitely be recommending you to our friends ;-)
Naomi worked with my on a last minute wedding for my son and new daughter in law. It was at Loveless in their Harpeth Room and we had a small budget. The flowers were gorgeous and I loved her ideas. She is wonderful to work with, very prompt and was even on her hands and knees steaming the bride's dress before the wedding. Naomi is professional, but friendly and was quick to return phone calls, texts and email. I loved working with her and you will too!
Alex exceeded my expectations and was wonderful, friendly & easy to work with. My wedding day was a breeze and I knew from my interaction in our correspondence and visit's together Alex could be trusted and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. With her many talents Alex put out all my decorations and items not just how I asked but made it even better & came up with creative ways that added elegant touches everywhere I looked. Every-time I turned around Alex was there taking care of things before I had to ask or even things I didn't think of myself, she also went the extra mile & bustled my dress even better than it was before when my dress hook broke. On a scale of 1-10 I give Alex a 20... do yourself a favor and let her take the stress out of one of the biggest days of your life she is a gem & loves what she does :)
Our experience with Beyond Details was very positive from start to finish. Brandy was very timely in getting back with me when I had questions and suggested a great company to rent party necessities. Her staff was very pleasant and Brynn (Brandy's event manager) managed the night of our party very well. The set up for the food was stunning and everyone enjoyed the meal.
Hiring Carolyn and JD with Top Tier Events was absolutely one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! My only regret was not hiring them sooner! I did my own wedding planning and decided to hire a 'day of coordinator' about 25 days before my wedding to help the day run smoothly. I am a very organized person, I plan cities for a living and I totally thought I could handle the coordination and planning of a 90 person wedding myself. I have to admit, though, that without the help of Carolyn and JD I would have been so stressed and frazzled the days leading up to the wedding, especially the day of. They made the process SO much easier and FUN for me. Carolyn assisted me in confirming contracts and details with all of the vendors, and helped me nail down the details of my timeline in the month leading up to my wedding. I live in Louisville and she is based in Nashville so we did all of this over the phone and through email, but it was still convenient and her responsiveness was so quick. The day of the wedding Carolyn and JD drove from Nashville to my home, helped us load and transport all of the decor and items we needed to bring to the venue which was about 20 minutes away. Once we got to the venue Carolyn and JD helped us unload the cars and while we were getting ready, they put together all of the decor items for me. She sent me photos to make sure things were set up the way that I had imagined and made necessary changes if needed. JD even dropped me off at my hair appointment and picked up dessert items and a last minute alcohol order for me! The entire day stayed on time and remained stress-free thanks to Carolyn and JD. Because of Top Tier Events, my husband and I were able to focus on what was important - each other - and we had the absolute best day of our lives. I can't imagine what our day would have been like without them and I will be forever grateful for the work. They worked their butts off and remained professional with poise and charm!
I honestly never thought of getting a planner until the venue I booked requested that we get one and I'm so glad I did! All of the little things I didn't think about were handled while I got to spend the morning getting ready with my bridesmaids. Any issues that came up (like my cake falling over) were resolved quickly and had I not been told about them I would have never known! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a stress free day!
I received some of IH's custom stationery and also attended a wedding they coordinated. Stationery: absolutely amazing, the likeness of the drawing was a perfect blend of my charictaristics and simplicity. Wedding: STUNNING! It was my absolute favorite wedding I've ever been to, and I sing at 5-8 weddings at least a year that's not including the ones I just go to. The decor was classy and yet fun. It was a beautiful wedding while still feeling fun and joyous without the usual stuffiness. I would absolutely recommend Inspired Help in every aspect!
My experience with Maryblossom has been pheonominal! She always exceeds expectations with custom outfits, linen and decorating rentals. Maryblossom is my absolute first choice with any decor for my personal and our organizational needs. This past December, I rented custom table linens from Maryblossom for a relative's destination wedding in the Bahamas. After seeing the linens, the hotel's catering manager admitted that he could not wait to connect with me on where I had obtained such fine linens, and said "I have never seen anything this remarkable!" Thanks Maryblossom for always making us shine so well!
I used Devine Design Weddings & Events for a simple Bridal Shower for my best friend. Because I was coming from out of town I was unable to handle a lot things myself. Devine Design went way past my expectations with only phone conversations. They were very patient with me while I made my choices in venues. They were on time for the event and was 90% complete with the decor by the time I arrived. I didn't have to lift a finger. The guest were extremely impressed as they didn't expect such an elaborate set up/decor for a bridal shower! If I plan anything else in the Nashville area I will definitely use Devine Design Weddings & Events.

Jennifer Edwards and her Reveal team were AWESOME!!! Jennifer is so sweet and easy to work with. She was a gem to work with. She and her team created a beautiful garden party indoors....from the table decorations all the way to the "Critter Corner" for the little ones to have place. My Mom was soooo shocked, excited and pleased with everything - especially since it was a surprise birthday luncheon for her. I will DEFINITELY call Reveal Event style for my next event!!

I could not have imagined our special day without the help of Ashley as our Day of Coordinator. I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator at all (since I was so concerned with our budget), but I don't know what I would have done without her. My hope was to have someone to be the point person for the entire wedding day, and she did the job beautifully! You can tell she has a real passion for this business, and with her getting married a year ago, she really knows what a bride needs and expects from a planner and coordinator. She remained very organized and on top of everything. She kept in constant communication with myself and the vendors, making sure no detail was left out. The day of the wedding, she kept the staff, vendors, and wedding party on the timeline we had set out. It was very organized but did not have to be to the minute which is what I wanted for our guests and wedding party. It was able to flow perfectly without being rushed from one event to the next. If there was ever a hiccup, she handled it with ease and discretion, because my husband and I just had an absolute blast without any stress or worry. She worked so hard from assisting with all of the set up and tear down, cuing the transitions from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and then to departure. Ashley followed our vision to the T with how the venue and decorations were arranged, and assisted us when we needed suggestions or opinions. I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a hard working, organized, and responsible Wedding Planner/Day of Coordinator.
Divine Weddings & Events was asked to provide decoration-installation/removal-only for my Cannonsburgh wedding and was not asked to perform event design/planning, vendor coordination, or day-of event oversight. Throughout the process, Divine Weddings & Events was courteous, professional, reliable, flexible, and punctual. The decoration requested was the decoration provided, set up on time and removed on time. My only concern is that the cost of their simple, brief service of modest decor was more than the cost of the photographer, videographer, AND location rental COMBINED! If I had to do it over again, I would certainly ensure I allowed time to look elsewhere for a MUCH more price-competitive decoration provider.
Ashley was the best wedding planner! I hired her mostly as a coordinator, because I had already planned my wedding by the time I got to her. The only regret I have is not hiring her sooner. She went above and beyond of what she was asked to do. She was very reliable, prompt, and the sweetest soul I've ever met! She worked with our budget and was just a phone call away when I started to have prewedding freakout moments. I would use her again and again, and would recommend her to anyone that is getting married. No money in the world could truly pay for her work and passion she put into our wedding!
Rachel is not only a sweetheart but she is so talented! She checked in with me frequently before the wedding which gave me reassurance and support I needed. Rachel decorated exactly how I had dreamed my wedding would look. Nothing short of amazing!
