What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Get some details and project needs over the phone or via email. (pictures always help)
Step 2. Visit the project and get information and assess the job.
Step 3. Discuss options with client (In person or over the phone)
Step 4. Provide an Estimate of the work discussed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Hard Surface flooring business for over 10 years. I have also been running paint and stain crews for 3 years. Our business is new, but we are not. Once you talk with us you will agree.
