Mr. Law Larson what an incredible trainer he is. Mr. Larson understands what it means to listen and take on your goals as his. He comes in to each session with a goal in mind and motivates you to complete each exercise and goes at your pace. He has transformed my body by building muscle while cutting fat and gaining weight, all at the same time. If there were more stars to give I would. If you are looking to challenge yourself physically he is the trainer for you. If your looking to loose weight he is the person to see. If you want to gain strength and muscles he is the personal trainer for you. I would recommend him now and in the future to anyone who is looking for one. He is very versatile in his dynamics and training sessions. He has helped me set goals and we met and exceeded these goals in 12 sessions. He is a great trainer and person.
Ethan Painter was my trainer for over a year. I approached him about using weight training to address bone loss in my hips. The program that he designed was so effective, that within 1 year the bone loss stopped as determined by a bone density test. He was always pleasant and encouraging. My goals for each session were challenging, but attainable. I never thought that I would enjoy weight training, however, I looked forward to my time and my overall strength and fitness increased substantially. Ethan designs each client's program very individually, tailoring their workouts to their specific needs and goals. Sarah is an amazing trainer! She greets every client with a warm smile and is genuinely interested in not only his/her personal fitness goals, but who he/she is as an individual. She comes prepared to every session with a specific workout plan tailored to each individual client's needs, but can and will modify her plan to accommodate her client. She finds new ways to challenge her clients while making the workout experience fun and different every time. I have been working out with Sarah for almost 4 months and there has not been one exercise routine that has been repeated. With each session Sarah pushes me with new exercises, new goals, and new ways to challenge my body and mind. Her combinations of cardio and bodyweight exercises have challenged my body to shred fat and build lean muscle while also helping me with nutritional needs, even if it's to share a good recipe! I've been training with Andrew for the last three months. Andrew really knows his stuff. I have been seeing great results, and from the beginning and we established The goals I wanted to achieve. He is persistent in finding what works best for the individual, I have a shoulder injury which limits my mobility. Even so, Andrew, has found ways to exercise those muscles in alternative forms. Andrew maintains his private gym very well; he has excellent equipment, an extremely clean environment, and he is consistently updating the equipment he has. I highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer, he is an excellent motivator.

Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.
I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. During the last month I've been able to sample the new program and it's very exciting. Each week focuses on a new nutrition habit so that you are bringing about slow, long lasting change. It's exciting and I think it will help me with my long term goals of becoming a healthier person inside and out. Daniel is punctual, flexible, motivating, and passionate about what he does. Nothing but great things to say about Matt! My biggest concern when I began my search for a gym/personal trainer was that I didn’t want someone just taking me from workout machine to workout machine or free weights and telling me to do 10 reps and move on to the next one. I wanted something more and Matt gave me more. If you’re looking for a quality personal trainer then Matt is your guy. I’ve been training with Matt since the end of March and he hasn't just helped me lose weight, but he helped me make a complete lifestyle change for the better. The training is made for YOU specifically and I love that my workouts change every month. Matt gives back as much as you put in. If you’re ready to make changes in your life to become healthier there is no person better. I have never felt more confident in myself in my life and I’ve never felt so good! Dani is one of the best trainers I have worked with. She pushes you to the max and always changes up the work to prevent you from plateaus. I would recommend her to men, women and even kids! She trains our whole family!

My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!
This young man is very energetic thought it was going to be easy but gym doesn't go easy either go big or go him as he says. I was working on arms and shoulders and I tell you he explained to me every workout for every part of the body to workout on. Went very light on weight and hit high sets of them. I workout with moe 2-3 times a week. Know that I'm thinking about it i might go for 4-5 times a week. Told me meals to prepare before and after working out told me I didn't need any supplements as he doesn't take any. He's good at loosing body fat and turning to muscle as he did himself only 6-7 months. He told me that if I followed the plan I will reach my goal in 2-3 months of getting a six pack I always wanted. I weigh 190 pounds maybe like 35-40 % body weight. Moe is one great trainer and surprised that he doesn't have a certificate but still trusted him as he treated me like a friend. Been working out for 3 weeks now I can see a lot difference. Everyone giving me compliments at work saying I look slim and I thank moe everytime is see him. Hope one day you get your certificate buddy you really deserve it. The picture was the first day he trained me. Will post my final body when I reached my goal. I'm on the left side.

I've worked with them for a long time now. I'm in my 40s and have had a few trainers in the past, but the thing that stuck out with me is how much they care about their clients. They always hold me accountable with body measurements, updated nutrition plans, different varieties of workouts, and the gym they are in is huge and well kept. Also - they don't overcharge to try to make more - they are very fair with their price! Definitely would give DM Fitness a try!
In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. I have been throughly satisfied with my decision to get fit and healthy under the guidance of Pilkerton training.
Matt is a great trainer ! He has a great way of making you feel comfortable starting right where you are in your fitness journey.
