Grace C. says, "The seal had broken on one of our second-story windows, so it looked foggy between the panes. It was still under warranty, but I had a hard time finding someone willing to install the replacement glass, especially because it was in a tricky spot over an awning. When I called Todd Smith, I could tell that he was experienced and knowledgable. He had me send pictures of the window and surrounding area so he could assess the project's needs. When one of his excellent team members, Jake, came to look at the window, he took his time to measure it and realized the replacement glass that the building company had sent me was the wrong size. Todd talked to me on a video call while Jake was there so he could explain the issue to me, and Jake took measurements so the building company could order the right size. Todd called the company multiple times until he was able to speak to the right person and explain what they needed to do to order the right glass for me. (They had previously ordered three different sizes that didn't fit.) It was refreshing to have someone in the industry reach out on my behalf to explain what needed to be done after several false starts. Todd is responsive every time I contact him and answers all my questions about the project. He is a problem-solver who does things right the first time. I'm so grateful to have found Crown Home Services to help me with this issue!"See more

They did everything from tearing out the old bathroom, replacing water damaged floors, waterproofing, tiling, etc. they replaced all of the flooring, built a huge shower where the old tub was, and turned the old smaller shower in to a storage area for towels, rags, etc. Fred kept me in the loop the entire time of what was going on, and wanted my feedback on ideas of how I wanted the tiles to be positioned. His team was a pleasure to work with. My new master bathroom looks completely new and updated. I’ll include the before and after images to this review. We are extremely happy with the quality and speed of the work."See more

Matthew was nice, professional & a perfectionist in my book! The new door took some work to install and he took his time, painted it, installed hardware & it’s perfection! So happy with our new door that now has proper weatherstripping just in time for the cold weather! I would hire him again as soon as order a new front door!
