Seeking quality workmanship? Then call Aqua X Quisite. Honesty & Integrity are the core of my business model. If price shopping, & only concern is cheapest, I'm not your guy. 2+ decades commercial & residential Pool - Hot Tub Repairs When I leave a job my customers know: #1. Job was done right the 1st time. #2. They can call me with questions, anytime #3. They're more educated. Unfortunately, I see shoddy workmanship daily (esp. plumbing),& motors not grounded. Motor grounding lugs are there for a reason. Ya think?' Ungrounded motors kill people (google it). AQUA X QUISITE customers appreciate I go above & beyond to ensure they're educated on proper equipment operation, & repair procedures performed. In closing; PLEASE DON'T DO THIS! I hear horror stories from customers who've been ripped off of their hard earned money from payment in advance. ... A reputable Co. will pay for parts upfront. Always happy to answer ?? My hot tub stopped working. I needed a professional assessment as to whether it was worth repairing or not. I wasn't home when Matthew came by. He diagnosed the problem, sent pictures to me, and communicated his verdict. The tub unfortunately (and not surprisingly) was beyond repair. Matthew rendered an honest and professional verdict. He even gave me a discount, which was generous, as he delivered on every penny of his end of the deal. Just good business. Will absolutely call him again with any future pool/spa issues.
