Okay. I don't write reviews,but this guy is worth it. Disclaimer: I am incredibly long winded. But get to the bottom of it if you're serious about getting yourself on track. Sooooo I walked away from fitness about 5 years ago. Burned out and done. 5 years later, and I realized the huge void in my life was being physically fit. I did my homework...researched the hell out of every trainer in Nashville. It was clear he was the best. This was last November? Maybe even October. I met with him. He was great, and I knew he was capable of getting me back to where I was so long ago. Well, true to form, I stalled. I came up with tons of lame excuses why I couldn't start. Well, he was so intuitive after our first meeting, that he knew he was gonna have to stay on me to get me out of my fear zone. Okay, forget fear...truth was I was petrified to start over. I was at ground zero. Muscle tone was gone. Cardio was past the point of rescue. So he would randomly text and call me from October until March. 5 months! Who does that?? And he wasn't pushing me for any financial gain on his part. He really gave a shit. So I finally took the plunge. I cried a lot after each session. Starting over (or starting for the first time) is a daunting task. He gauged where I was. He pushed me (ever so gently), and always encouraged me when he saw I was ready to bail. (Seriously. I would sob at the end of every session. NO GUY likes that! But he was great. Super supportive, even if he was thinking "Man, this girl's a hot mess!" All I can say is do it. Call him. And trust him. You won't be some random person he's out to train. He will know exactly what to do with you. No "one size fits all" training here. Personalized just for you. He knows what he's doing on all levels of fitness and nutrition. So do it. Now! Happy training!!! ~Em (Die hard Law fan)
I have nothing but positives to say about my experience thus far. Ethan performed an initial fitness assessment as the basis for a comprehensive fitness program which includes resistance, metabolic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) based on my primary objectives for weight loss and improved body composition. He re-evaluates and changes up the circuits regularly to keep things challenging and the body guessing. Six months later, I am down 20 lbs and double-digits in inches. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. He has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever spent. If you follow his recommendations, you will see results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. Sarah is an amazing trainer! She greets every client with a warm smile and is genuinely interested in not only his/her personal fitness goals, but who he/she is as an individual. She comes prepared to every session with a specific workout plan tailored to each individual client's needs, but can and will modify her plan to accommodate her client. She finds new ways to challenge her clients while making the workout experience fun and different every time. I have been working out with Sarah for almost 4 months and there has not been one exercise routine that has been repeated. With each session Sarah pushes me with new exercises, new goals, and new ways to challenge my body and mind. Her combinations of cardio and bodyweight exercises have challenged my body to shred fat and build lean muscle while also helping me with nutritional needs, even if it's to share a good recipe! With Sarah's help, I'm not only reaching my fitness goals, I'm conquering them and making new ones! When you're working out with Sarah, you're not just working out with a great trainer. Being this was the first time I hired a personal fitness trainer I didn't know what to expect. I felt really good about Hunter because he had such a broad spectrum of experience. He really knew how to communicate with me in a way that I understood what I needed to do. I haven't done anything in the way of exercise since I graduated from high school and the whole idea of it really intimidated me. Hunter knew how to help me get through this initial intimidation and trepidation and got me confident about taking action and taking the necessary steps to change my life. Andrew is an outstanding trainer! He was unlike any other personal trainer I've worked with in the past. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then custom developed a plan to get me there. He was tough but encouraging and held me accountable to the plan we developed. His workout space is professional and clean and I would recommend Andrew to anyone at any fitness level!
Shana is awesome. She's price reasonable and she's good at what she does. I enjoy the full body work outs with her and I like how she can fit my schedule in so easily. If you want a great fitness trainer, Shana is it for you. :)
Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.

I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. He told me a lot of his clients had those same struggles and it led him to become certified in an online nutrition habits program. During the last month I've been able to sample the new program and it's very exciting. Each week focuses on a new nutrition habit so that you are bringing about slow, long lasting change. It's exciting and I think it will help me with my long term goals of becoming a healthier person inside and out. Daniel is punctual, flexible, motivating, and passionate about what he does. When I first saw him I thought it was a kid but then he took his jacket off his arms said it all. He's been training me at least 3 times a week needed to look good for photo shoots. There's basics he's teaching and difficult workouts which not a lot of poeple can do. He's very On to the point when it comes to training me. He's taught me a lot of new exercises that I didn't even know exist. Helped me target ever part of the body. If your willing to work hard for what you payed you better becuase he will work you. In a good way which builds your character and help shape you to a good body type you've always wanted or want to get.
I really enjoy working with Zerian. He makes you feel.comfortable and adjust the exercises to fit your level. He is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help you achieve your goals.

In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients.
