- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to come out and do estimates so that we can provide our customers and potential customers with a flat rate as opposed to an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what needs to be done and where it needs to go. Establishing trust with my customer and making them comfortable knowing that they can trust us to get the job done as well as done the right way.
