Our overall experience was poor. Ms Vella was paid extra to not accept tips. An hour into our event, I saw a tip jar full of singles. I called her out on this and she put the tip jar away and was embarrassed that I called her out on it. She knew she was wrong. She also refused to serve soft drinks to our guests. She told them that they needed to get them "upstairs" even though our venue only had one floor. Our overall experience was very poor and I would not recommend. Our guests also complained to us and it was embarrassing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices start at $25 per hour, per Bartender. If your event is over 125 guests you may need to hire another Bartender. We can assist with that as we have a team of 10 Bartenders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are able to meet in person or discuss your event over the phone. We discuss your budget and help prepare for the big event!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a TN ABC Certified Trainer. Myself as well as everyone on my team are all TN ABC Certified!!!!! If your venue needs a copy of our TN ABC Cards, I can email them a copy for your convenience!
